Winegate Reef South is a large reef located off the coast of Sudan in the Red Sea. It is a popular diving destination known for its clear waters, abundant marine life, and dramatic walls.
The reef is about 2.5 nautical miles long and 1 nautical mile wide. The reef wall is vertical and drops to a depth of over 40 meters. The reef is home to a variety of hard and soft corals, as well as a variety of marine life.
