Shaab Claude, also sometimes referred to as Sha’ab Claudio, is a beautiful but relatively unknown dive site located in the Fury Shoals, off the Egyptian coast in the Red Sea.
Location: Fury Shoals, 13 kilometers (8 miles) offshore from the Egyptian Coast
Access: Boat dive only
Depth: Information varies, ranging from 10 – 24 meters (33 – 79 feet)
Skill Level: Mostly considered suitable for beginner to intermediate divers due to the shallow to moderate depths and usual calmness. However, some sources mention occasional currents.
Currents: Generally mild, but currents from the north can make diving the west side challenging.

Cave: A popular attraction is a shallow cave entrance (around 10 meters deep) on the south side, offering light shows and interesting formations.
Marine Life: Divers can expect to see a variety of fish life typical of the Red Sea, including bannerfish, batfish, triggerfish, groupers, and even occasional sightings of napoleon wrasse and turtles.
