La Segunda Gringa is a shallow reef that starts at about 20 feet deep and goes down to about 60 feet deep. The reef is home to a variety of hard and soft corals, as well as a wide variety of fish life. Some of the most common fish that can be seen at La Segunda Gringa include angelfish, butterflyfish, damselfish, and parrotfish. The reef is also home to a number of invertebrates, such as shrimp, crabs, and lobsters.
